  • I walk in with a phone that is crippled. I am talked into buying insurance, and wait until the next day to get a phone. The package arrives with phone labeled, "used, guaranteed as new." I go to the website to transfer the date from my crippled phone to the used phone, but must have WiFi. I admit am not Tech Savy. Instead of walking out with a NEW phone with my current data, I am now stuck with a crippled phone until Monday when I able to go to this location to get a NEW phone that I requested. I am disgusted.
