  • This office is terrible. Just pathetic at customer service and any type of follow up. I made appt 1 month in advance and they said they would get my nerve conduction study. 1 month later they never retrieved the records and sasha said "we've been really busy and havent had time to get the records". Now 7 weeks after the initial appointment I'm still waiting for john the surgical coordinator to call me back. This is a hack job of an office. Terrible staff, terrible follow through. They are the exact reason Las Vegas has the worst health care in the country.
