  • Been wanting to come here forever. Great food however..... Design of restaurant is weird kitchen and bathroom are hear each other. Unfortunately oil and water don't mix I slipped on the way to ladies room manager Chris was very annoyed with me only adding to my embarrasment. He only filled out an incidental report because my party insisted. Im sure this has happened before, floorplan not his fault attitude all his fault... ***** update because this keeps getting worse. I received vm from corporate office saying that this is perhaps a coaching moment. Not sure if thats how I would decribe this situation. Can you coach an entire company on professionalism and courtesy? I have left her 2 seperate messages over 5 days and the Corporate rep has not returned my calls. I'm really am at a loss for words on how horrible they treat paying customers? I HAVE NEVER FELT SO DISRESPECTED!! INSULT TO INJURY WOW!
