  • This place is terrible and today was the last straw with me. They're consistently unfriendly at this location and they consistently leave off the whip cream that I order on my drinks!!!! EVERY TIME! I always end up getting home and not even having a full cup of coffee or a full vanilla latte. I know I get charged for that. Besides their complete lack of competence at this location, its really unpleasant to speak to a dull miserable sounding employee when I pull up in the drive through. I get it, you're busy, but I work in the service industry too and it's the most important thing to be friendly and smile. At least to pretend you're happy to be there. Despite being out of my way a little I think I'll be going to the Starbucks on rural and Ray instead. At least they're friendly there and they've never messed up my order.
