  • Fuller's tax service has been good to me for the past two years. This year in their new suite off Val Vista I was especially happy and impressed. The new building is really nice. Set back in a more industrial/business complex there is plenty of convenient parking. Once inside, the lobby with ample seating and TVs is comfortable and modern. The staff was all professional, polite, and most importantly, casual - given I rolled up in my shorts, t-shirt, and flip flops. They were professional but it didn't make me feel out of place. I met with Jay this time and he was great. We quickly got through my taxes and got it done efficiently and he gave me tips and pointers for the next tax season. He even gave me tips on the past year and what to do moving forward. Ultimately, getting my taxes done PROFESSIONALLY saved me lots of money compared to what I was looking at on Turbo Tax and I got tips out of it too. It was worth the cost! After finishing up and getting checked out, I received all my tax documents tucked away in a neat and professional envelope to keep safe with me. Overall, the new facility is modern, comfortable, and casual! The staff/family here are all polite, professional, and friendly. Paying to have your taxes done by a group PROFESSIONALS is totally worth it, ultimately saving me time, money, and worry about doing it wrong on my own.
