  • I called Larry to discuss sizing for a photograph to be used on a website AlphaGraphics was building for a mutual client. When I explained that I wanted to be certain I was sizing the image correctly because I didn't have much experience working with pixels. The guy scoffed and said "Really?" He proceeded to walk me through the process with a demeaning tone. When I told him he seemed to be talking down to me, he hung up the phone. Wow! I immediately called back and asked for the manager. She told me I had been talking to the owner of AlphaGraphics, Larry. Wow! I called my client and explained what had happened. A few days later, Larry contacted my client and asked her to apologize to me, for him! Wow!
