My friends and I visited the Public House tonight and i have to say that it was the most professionally run restaurant we have been to on our trip so far. We have been in Vegas for the past 5 days and this restaurant was one of a kind. From the humor inside the bathroom to the greatest beer selection known to man. I also can't leave out the great wine room and the selection of various wines by the glass found on the "handay-dandy" ipad as our server calls it.
We also met the most famous Cicerone in the world. A Cicerone is basically, in easy words, a beer expert. He was very kind and made sure everything was great. My friends and i all ate either a Filet or the Ribeye. Both amazing steaks topped with an herbed butter but most of us got bacon marmelade on top.
This restaurant gets 5 stars and 3.5 of those stars go to the staff. From the nice hosts as you walk in to the bussers and runners. I was hoping this place would be great for us and it exceeded expectations.
Thanks again and if anyone is ever in Vegas, go visit the Public House inside The Venetian! A few of these comments im reading below are surely misunderstood. Our experience will, im sure, be flawless each time we come back.
