  • I called and schedule an appointment with Darren. He was professional and friendly on the phone. The day before the appointment, I called several times to confirm and I was unable to leave any messages on his phone (voicemail was full). The morning of the appointment, I called him about 15 minutes after he was due to arrive. He answered the phone and claimed that his phone had been dead and that he didn't know what his appointments were for that day. I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt that he was just running late from another appointment. Doesn't really seem like someone I would want to do business with...didn't reschedule and found someone else.
