  • Worst ever! I made the mistake of going back to give them another chance even tho I previously got fraudulent activity on my credit card after buying from them. They are not trustworthy with your credit card, and they do not value your business. After being patient with an employee who got several wigs for other ladies, I was rushed to the register with two wigs in mind; since they turned the lights out in the whole store 10 minutes before closing time. I then overheard the employee loudly mocking me, and when I asked for the manager, it was the same delinquent who previously gave me bad business. She defended the employee, falsely saying that I'd been there for an hour. I can't believe What Low frequency these women operate on! I came for wigs not a "bad girls club" reunion. Train your employees better! Bad customer service, Super unprofessional employees, and incredibly unpleasant. Two thumbs down!
