  • I'm giving it a 2 because the staff is so friendly. We went in on a Saturday and just one car in the parking lot. We thought that would mean we would be in and out. However, the wait is ridiculous. We came in and obviously needed to x-ray an injured knee to see what damage might have been done. We waited 2 hours for the doctor and instead of getting the testing done while waiting on the doctor, we had to see the doctor before getting the staff to get the X-rays. So then after waiting forever on the doctor, we waited 45 mins to be able to have x-rays and there was no one else there for x-rays. Just waiting because the paperwork wasn't right or didn't get to the technician. Finally got x-rays and then waited forever again for the doctor to get the final analysis. The staff is very friendly, but the set up leaves very long wait times. I can only imagine what the wait would have been if there were people ahead of us.
