  • Not sure why my first review is not showing up, but I made an appointment for my son before reading the reviews, so I was expecting to be disappointed. HOWEVER, Diamond, Dr. Cohen and Kim were all very pleasant and we were done in about 1 hr.10 min. This appointment was on 12/26 and I got a call today 1/2 that his glasses are ready and it just so happens to be his birthday! There is a stat somewhere that I have read that says people tell about 17 others when they have had a bad experience and only 2 when they had a good one. We had a good one!
