  • If I could give negative stars... I would. This is the most incompetent company that I have dealt with. After they changed my delivery person who was pretty good, everything went down hill from there and there customer service is horrible.. after testing the water levels of my "spring water" they were higher then what came out of my tap. I canceled but they kept bringing me water and after I paid my final bill in full and they picked up the water I did not want they are still billing me and adding late charges too.. I would stand clear of Crystal Springs.
