  • Dishonest in how they bill and very, very expensive. I was provided a printed quote for optional vaccines and then charged twice the amount. They apologized for the "confusion," but never offered to honor the price quoted to me. When I checked out during one visit I found they had already charged me for a fecal test for my dog that they had merely talked about doing the next time I came in. It seems very unethical to charge for a service that has not been delivered. Nice people, but their business practices are not above board.
