Well fellow yelpers, I have come to this place three X's and three X's I have had to wait an exceptional amount of time, even though I have had appointments, because the billing office cannot get my insurance correct.
Last time I went in, which was yesterday to get an x-ray, I gave them the number to call to get the authorization. I waited over an hour and then they told me my copay was more than the card said and suggested I pay out of pocket since it was cheaper. I had to go outside and make the call myself, again, and bring my phone in for the front desk to get the authorization on the insurance. It literally took almost 2 hours for the whole time total for a 2 minute x-ray.
This would not have bothered me if it had been the first time, however, the first time I went there it took over 5 hours. I was told by the insurance company that the person she was speaking with was rude and that is not ok. I guess 3 strikes and I am out!
