  • This salon needs a lesson in manners. Ok i do understand this is scottsdale which is higher up.....I live in phoenix and was visiting some stores in the mall when i decided to get my hair cut. The moment i walked in i felt the snobbery on a high level i have never experienced before. I asked for a cut and how much it would be and was told .....Well It depends. There are many levels of experience and range from 45 75 or 95. I chose the 45 figuring i would get a decent haircut . Boy was i wrong. I was told have a seat and well call you as soon as the stylist is ready. As i sat i noticed a lady working there who was fixing her hair blow drying and primping.....As i waited about 15 minutes watching this lady doing her hair and several other things ,,,she then in turn came to front desk and said michelle you can come back now....Rude i think condiering i was waiting while she was doing whatever when she knew she had a client waiting. Next she washed my hair for a good 10 minutes in turn pulling and scratching my scalp.....Then to the haircut....she had told me she was only doing hair a year,,,which kind of made me think and shes here working.......She went on to chop my hair in blunt layers all uneven and stringing... she also continued to thin out my hair to the point of stringy..... By the end of the haircut when she had blew it out... i ended up with the worst haircut and the worst experience with so called humans in my life.....I ended up going to great clips for a 13 dollar cut to fix the mess she created....all i can say is thank god hair grows back.....Ill never set foot in there again......HORRIBLE EXPERINCE....
