| - I am really surprised by the negative reviews on here because this was not my experience at all! The owners Raul, Liz, and Rowena run a tight shit over there. My consultant, an extremely attentive and patient gal named Kensie, is awesome; she is hard working and knows her stuff. Kensie--you're awesome! This place is HUGE. Massive. It can get overwhelming! Talk about sensory overload OMG! I came in three times to try on dresses and they were not pushy or pressurizing at all. They have an entire room just for veils! Now, I didn't wind up buying my dress from them BUT I did wind up buying three other items! They have a full back room of super cheap off the rack $60 formal and evening wear; I got one such outfit for my rehearsal dinner, a sexy 2-piece ensemble I have so far worn to two dinners out and got complimented on. This outfit in no way looks like it cost so little; it looks quadruple that amount. In the massively overwhelmingly large bridal dress section, upon many of their rooms upon rooms, they have an entire 1/2 room of off the rack bridal dresses that are discontinued from the designer. I found a gorgeous Alfred Angelo dress in a feminine blush color which I will be wearing for a formal Shabbat two days before my weddings (Jewish custom). It was $220 and so beautiful it feels like a steal. Found a hair comb to match it. Looks like a $500 outfit. Now the third outfit is a miracle... I have another wedding in India because my fiancé is Indian. In the massive spectacular entire floor of quinceñera/sweet 16 section, I found a SPECTACULAR--and I mean breathtaking--read and gold dress that's perfect for my reception in India. This is Phoenix we're talking about here people! How many Indian dresses can you find? My mother-in-law and all my Indian friends were jaw dropped. I of course bought it. The woman doing my alterations, a kind patient soul named Ana, is a meticulous seamstress who got to work and knew exactly what to do before I even said anything. Went in after my first fitting and turns out the petticoat is too long. She immediately realized the problem and did not charge me extra to fix the problem. Now... I knocked off one star only because I think they're very understaffed and on weekends, this place is pure chaos and it's hard to get individual attention and the chaos tends to make communication between staff a little disorganized. The staff they do have is great, they just need to hire more people. I highly recommend!
