I had a horrible experience with Plaza Kia dealership and I lost my deposit for nothing to exit from a Lease Contract.
I am writing to let you know that you should be so cautious with this dealer and if you decide to buy/lease a car from them consider the following things:
- Do not trust on verbal agreements they may say that "this was not our agreement". Like Color of the car, equipment, etc.
- Do not believe them if they offer you to give money for your previous car to be returned earlier to the lease company. They add that value to the price of the new car behind the scene.
- In the agreement write down a deadline for delivering the car. Because if you don't add a deadline they will tell you they have 90 days to give you a car by law! (They did this to me.)
- Delivery date in the Lease Agreement means nothing to them! They still say they have 90 days!
- Read the Agreement very carefully. They make a lot of mistakes in it.
- General Manager is though and rude. Avoid him.
- Dealer's owner is even worse. He didn't return my greetings on phone. Both of them do not care about customers and their feelings and wills.
You are more than welcome to contact me so I can share my experience to you in detail. I wish you avoid this dealer, but at least be cautious.
