| - Stayed here during a business trip; basically needed to find a hotel closer to the airport than where I was working, just so the next day wouldn't be a hassle to make my flight home. It was a suggested hotel via my travel website that my organization uses to book hotels so knowing the level of hotels that site suggests or permits, didn't think it would be anything to rave about.
The best parts about this hotel is that the rooms are pretty good; had a king bed with a couch, a kitchenette, and a fridge, which isn't that common anymore for some reason. Another good part is that its a 10 min drive to the airport or less. Also a good part, the snack bar they have at the front desk, well stocked and available at all times. They also offer a full breakfast!
The worst parts? Its tucked away off the main road by some po- dunk rat motel and what looks like some industrial companies or storage facility. You won't see it off the highway or main road at all. Also, there is NO WHERE to eat around there unless you want fast food. I mean notta. I went to the nearby Holiday Inn (which was totally amazing for a H. I.) and ate at their "restaurant" called The Hub. They even had a host wearing a suit @ The Hub; it was real good. I also had some younger, wannabe gangster rappers on my floor, word- smithing their way around some radio beats about percocet, which was a nice touch. Thank God it stopped prior to me going to bed or there would have been some late night sneak tips to the cops and front desk....
Overall, its a fine place to stay. Is it high on the list of places in that area? Probably not. Oh and I didn't utilize their shuttle so I can't complain like everyone else seems to do but it was sitting outside the hotel, ready for the next user so not sure what thats all about.
