Customer service is terrible. They made it so hard to cancel the service once you started. We were charged over 270 USD for one year service after we applied for a free trial. My husband and i called to cancel the service. They put us talk to four different customer services and asked us the same question over and over again. They really made it so hard to cancel the service and the charge. We got very upset and tired after 30mins repeating "we don't listen to it, please cancel the service for us" for 8 times(at least). They just ignore what I said, keeping ask me if we consider a different package or a promotion... I said No! He asked:" what about your husband". I answered no! ...... "What about your family?".... "No!" Then he would go ahead and try to introduce me a promotion. I shouted on the phone said:"stop! Stop! Stop please! I need to cancel the service and refund my whole year charge! I've told you so many times what I want! I've been repeating the same thing in the past half an hour. You ignored my requirement.... Act like you didn't hear it! What kind of company you really are? " .........@&4$"!&@@-;$6@.....
I almost cried on the phone out of my frustration (that's probably what they wish, so that I can give up)
In the end(they are tired too) we were not given a full refund. They deducted somewhat kind of service charge. Whatever! Never fall to such a trap again!
Can't believe it!
