  • Good service I expect from the Hilton brand hotels. As soon as I checked in, I noticed a loud party going on across the hall and the front desk promptly gave me another room upon my request. It was a Saturday night and I had to be at a business meeting all day on Sunday. I was not complaining about the noise, I just wanted a guaranteed good night's sleep. The front desk immediately understood my point, and gave me another room. They were going to look into the party room after 11pm since it was a Saturday night, after all. They handled the situation appropriately and professionally. There was nothing special about my room except for a jacuzzi "in the bedroom" which was a nice touch. Overall, the hotel gets a decent passing grade for the price paid.
