I recently had a bad experience with an employee here. I used to live by another Global Pet location and asked about transferring over my account (if you buy a certain number of bags of food you get a free bag). Annoyingly, the systems aren't linked up. He said that I should take the receipt for the bag I was buying that day back to my previous location or that I should call them. I asked if he could just call them since I would probably lose track of the receipt. His response was "it is easier if you just call them yourself". Easier for who? So lazy and unhelpful.
