  • Buying a video card, surge protector and an extra power supply.. Easy to find despite the lack of help. I get to the register and lo and behold 2 employees at the register dealing with one customer each. I wait for about 10 minutes while the management is standing talking and joking with each other... Yeah real professional, anyways I stand for another 10 minutes thinking I'm the only one in line how long can it take and then another rep brings someone with a monitor over and hops behind the register to check them out... Was absolutely the last straw for me. I had to wait until they were done to be checked out, you are the worst company in terms of service that I have ever seen. If you have an extra rep available maybe you should take care of the guy waiting there for 20 minute to check out for your overpriced garbage products. Oh and another thing if you are a manager then maybe you should hop behind a register and help instead of standing there giggling like a gaggle of school girls.
