  • Clean, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything you'd want in a business. The waiting room is very relaxing with soothing music, "fireplace" and landscape pictures on the monitor. There's a fresh clean water dispenser and cups that are larger than the normal little "one sippers". Allen is my favorite therapist, although I haven't felt the need to experience and others there. Answers questions to my satisfaction and is attentive to what my body needs in terms of pressure. The front desk staff are bright and are 'on task', not chit-chatting with each other when a customer is in front of any of them, which I appreciate. Now that's professional! In fact, talking amongst themselves even ceases when any customer is there, showing respect in that way speaks volumes. I mentioned something about the water cooler tray about to overflow and one of the gals came right over and worked on getting it cleaned up and looking nice instead of just saying something like 'I'll let someone know'. She took action. The hours of operation are very good with openings until 10 pm. I am a monthly member for about $60/month. It's an average price for an hour massage anywhere you go. Some insurance companies will pay through HSA so keep that in mind since it's wellness/therapy. Bottom line...I like this place and Allen.
