Red Rock Canyon is managed by the Bureau of Land Management as part of its National Landscape Conservation System and is protected as a National Conservation Area. Therefore, the same pass that you would use to get you into the Grand Canyon (i.e. National Park Pass) will get you in here.
RRC has a visitors center, restrooms, handicap parking, 13 mile scenic driving/biking/running loop, multiple trails for easy, moderate, or strenuous hikes, picnic tables, gorgeous scenery every which way you look... there's something for everyone here.
Hours are essentially from dawn to dusk. So it does change with the seasons. Double check before you head out or just go during daylight hours to be 100%.
Stay on marked trails & leave nothing behind except your footprints. Enjoy!
