  • We are longtime fans of Midwood Smokehouse. Consistently good food and great cocktails. But I have to give a special compliment to the current waitstaff. Last night we had a great server- funny, efficient, and had some great ordering suggestions (plus, she knew the beer list so well!)- but the server at the table next to us should win some kind of medal. An older, disabled lady was dining alone and had a large number of take out boxes. Her server offered to help by taking the lady's boxes out to her car for her and met her at the door with the car keys. I was really moved. Nice job, Midwood Smokehouse!
