  • Terrible results .... My mom dad and sister went there too spent tons of money and where extremely dissatisfied ... Worst phone service ever .... I bought a package off of Groupon Called numerous times no one answered phone so I went in to see if I could book appointments ... I booked 4 appointments ... Technician said they had someone who was not showing up to work and that's why they never answered phone .... Then I got an e mail an hour later stating they had cancelled the 4 appointments I had just booked I called to ask why and the woman on the phone proceeded to give me some odd run around story about how she thought they could not do the service because I had expressed displeasure with them not being available for phone calls .... Seemed fishy that the price for treatments where 350 and I bought it for 99$ on Groupon so she did not want to honour it .... I'm not sure but the woman was unprofessional ... Seriously ... Just book the sessions for when your tech is available ... And stop acting like I hurt your feelings by being annoyed that I had to show up to get a hold of someone .... Grow up ....
