  • JUST AWFUL! I made an appointment there and was guaranteed a time slot for a very important event in my life but when I called the day before to make sure my time was set (most places call a day or two before to confirm but I didn't hear anything from this place), I was told by a very rude woman that there was no record or appointment set up for me! Like I said earlier, I had this set up a month in advance for an important event and they just forget to write down my appointment! I asked her what happened and she tried to blame it on someone else. I stated the time and date and she then turned it back on me saying "how do I know you are telling the truth" I almost lost it....NO PROFESSIONALISM! What a nightmare this place is. I will never recommend them and you should avoid them at all costs!
