  • Do not do any business with Elite Realty. I used Shreela Chakmian to handle a simple rental transaction. She claimed she texted me and she did not. She did not email me about an important problem for weeks until the problem got much worse. She claimed she did not see a large crack on a stove- impossible I asked for her managers name and phone number many times-nothing. Shreela Chakmian seems to have a problem with honesty and integrity. She now claims she had an emergency trip that caused the recent horrible problems. I have had stressful problems dealing with this woman from day one. Other staff also seem problematic. I remember being yelled at by the office secretary because i used a pen to sign a contract. "Don't use my pen-I have a germ phobia" What? Who does the hiring at this place? I hope no one has to experience what I experienced by using Elite Realty. A HORRIBLE COMPANY. RUN AWAY. I will be filing a complaint with the Real Estate Commission and the BBB. Legal action will follow unless all matters are resolved.
