When I signed up the kid who processed my paperwork told me I could cancel no fee if I got injured, moved, or could not longer fit it into my schedule. What a LIE. when I tried to cancel my membership due to it not working with my work schedule anymore they tried to tell me it was like a $400 cancellation fee. Yeah right. Tons of arguing later I got them to bump it down. I paid like less than a hundred to cancel it. Talk about inconsistency. Bottom line keep track of what your employees are promising customers and deliver it. It's childish to see they're commenting on all these customers posts saying they're "lies". Very unprofessional. Weird how SO MANY PEOPLE are complaining about the service and they wanna say it's all lies. Look at how many businesses actually have one star on yelp. Very low percentage. This platform isn't for people to go and make reviews for fun, its to help others avoid making the same mistakes.
