  • I would really question the reliability and quality of Sun City Automotive, when they can't even provide a quote for repairs! I would suggest going somewhere else, which I did. I went there early Tuesday morning asked for a quote to do an engine and transmission swap on my son's escape. The girl in the office took down all of the information including my phone number and email and said the owner would get back to me in a few hours. No call came, so I called right before they closed, she said they had been real busy and that he would do the quote that night and call me in the morning. Well here it is THURSDAY, later afternoon and still no call or email for a quote ! If this is any indication of the type of work they do there, I would definitely find someone else.
