  • I came here today, with a previous visit to RC WILLEY as well. My brother was gonna purchase a living room. Wen we mention a promise discount the other employer had mention, the man in red shirt( which I didn't even bother asking the name) laugh at our face and was very rude to us. Wen he notice we were not going to purchase anything, he started complaining about my two year old sitting on the sofas. Wen I mention that I just came from RC willey and how those men in suit were very polite and had not one problem with my two year old, he immediately walked us to the front exit with the worst attitude and babbling to himself. I literally came out with a head ache from this place. They have no customer service what so ever, and they even laugh at a customer's questions or statements. I suggest the owner immediately replace all the employees if he wants his business a success. If, just incase this man in red was the owner(which I highly doubt that) I suggest he finds another profession working at the zoo because that's how he literally treats his customers, like animals:(
