Ever want to find out why Sears is going out of business? Just visit the store. It's staffed with mainly clueless 16 year olds who hang out together talking about their cars, computer games, or something else altogether. They don't greet customers. They don't help customers, and even if they tried to help someone, I doubt they could answer any of the questions presented to them.
With brick and mirror stores, you need three things.
1. Great customer service
2. INSTOCK PRODUCTS
3. The ability to match prices
Sears is 0-3 in that list. The topper here is that their damn mobile website doesn't work most of the time....not even on their own in store wifi.
Please sears, do us all a favour and just go under already.
