  • Absolutely awful! We received a text the day before the rental was to start saying that they had no cars available and asking for a check stub and utility bill. Both my sister and I were traveling at the time, and had no way to get that info for them. My sister has an Audi and was looking forward to staying with the brand while we traveled home to visit our mother, but with the hassle and inconvenience, we cancelled and decided to go with another company!
