Absolutely unprofessional.
I rented a car from the Toronto Airport Dollar location and requested to have the company name as well as my name on the receipt. I didn't check the final receipt that they gave me (I should have checked, was late for the flight) but later when I was trying to file my travel expenses, I realized they had not included the company name on the final receipt.
I called the location and was told there is nothing they can do for me. The lady on the phone was also extremely unfriendly. I then called the headquarter hoping to find a resolution; the customer service told me they would not be able to do anything despite the fact that it has been their fault. Now I am stuck with a $250 bill which I cant get reimbursed for. I filed a complaint, but was told that no one will contact me about it, just the location will be informed about my complaint. The second lady from the customer service was also very unsympathetic, and didn't seem to care about having my business in future.
I would never rent from these guys again. Really do not want to know how they treat you if there is something more serious at stake, like after an accident, etc.
Bad business practice.
