rev:text	Yep...it's really true. These guys don't care. And it really frosts me when I see them naming the company "Veterans". Because you know that they do this to get the sympathy or added business associated with coming across like they previously served our country, and are now just trying to make a living. I doubt they are Veterans. I have a hunch that it's all a bunch of BS. But who knows? Either way, they don't deserve your business. Like many others, my warranty company assigned them to me. 3 days later I resorted to calling them. They set up an appointment for between 9-11 on a Tuesday. So I sat at home like a 2 bit schmuck waiting for these goofballs. At 10:30 I called, since I had other plans outside of this window. The girl answered and told me that she'd verify and call me right back. She never did. Ever. I called 3 more times between 11-1 and it went to a voicemail. Finally at 2:30 some guy calls and says "Hey...it's ________ from Veterans Plumbing. Will somebody be home in 1/2 hour for me to take a look?". And I screwed up people. I really did. I told him that his order was canceled and somebody else was coming out from another company. Why didn't I have him come out and wait for me until I got home??? And then say "Oh...I'm sorry...did we have an appointment for 3pm? Shoot. Have you been waiting all this time? Doesn't that suck? NOW YOU KNOW HOW I FEEL.". Maybe you can do that for me if you make the mistake of setting up an appointment with these goofs. Veterans my 4$$! Lazy, inconsiderate creeps is more like it. They obviously don't need to business. I was certainly not an isolated incident. Report after report on here saying the same thing.
