  • This store is AWFUL! While the salesmen (literally..because in the 8 or 9 times I've been there I've yet to see a woman working there..) are friendly and sometimes knowledgeable, the overall atmosphere in this place is sleazy and their customer service is horrendous. Purchased a washer and dryer here because I was pulled in by the 12 months no interest offer they were running. Was talked into adding a Warranty that I decided, later that day, I really didn't want. Called the store to find out about removing the warranty and, after basically being belittled because I will surely need this warranty that costs about half of what the product itself costs, I was told I could come down to the store to have it removed. Went into the store where the manager seemed completely annoyed by me, filled out the cancellation form and went on my way. Fast forward 6 months, I go to pay off my account only to find the warranty still there. After several phone calls and another visit to the store I have the warranty removed but had to pay for the 6 months it remained on my products. When I went down to the store to discuss this, i.e. complain, the manager Pete acted totally uninterested and even pulled his cell phone out, checked a text message and responded to it in the middle of our conversation..no apology or anything. Just another awful experience with this company.
