  • Worst customer service ever. I called and made an appointment for a same day cut. When I spoke with the scheduler I explained to her that I have extensions. She said no problem and made the appointment. I drove all the way down there to sit for 15 minutes and wait for my stylist to get me. Then I waited another 15 minutes for my stylist to figure out what she was doing. After all that wasted time, the teacher on the floor informed me they do not touch extensions, which is ridiculous because they had colored and cut my extensions before, and offered me a wash and style. Now why would I pay for someone to wash my hair?!? Needless to stay my time was wasted because no one is trained properly behind that schedule desk and I will never return again. The one star was for my stylist being nice enough to apologize for the stupidity of everyone else.
