  • My sister recently purchased a couch that with all the "guarantees" and warranties, everything came out to a whopping 1500 dollars, my poor sister purchased the more expensive couch because she was promised it would be delivered two weeks early then the other couch she was interested in. 4 weeks later now she still has not received her couches and the manager has been rude and ugly on the phone, when she called back to get her questions answered the manager pretended to be busy and would not call her back, this is what 1500 dollars buys you at Mega Furniture.
