  • To start off I must say that Scott Kriener is a great doctor and I have been going there for years. The accounting office and especially the office manager is awful! They sent me 2 other patients statements and when I called to discuss my bill, the office manager Nikki was extremely RUDE! I told her I'd speak to Dr. Kriener when he returns from Boston. At that point she got very angry and I had to hang up. There is nothing worse than talking to a rude person at a professional office!
