  • Use to be a great staff to work with over the last 3 yrs I have been here but I'm pretty disappointed on how the property is managed now. Without Nicole the old property manager, the property has really taken a turn over the last 6 months which shows thru the appearance of the property and the residence that occupy the apartments. Not all residents are perfect but there seems to be a standard that is missing that people seem to miss in their residential agreement forms they all signed and committed to! In the past this wasn't so much an issue as it is now when it comes to neighborly ethic concerning maintaining the properties appearance with residence improperly disposing of furniture to smoking anywhere they feel comfortable with and leaving their cigarette butts all over the pool area. It's hard for maintenance to keep up with this as I'm sure it's a big headache but management really needs to step up and place those residence that chose to follow their own rules in check! I mean really it's not appealing to see curtain for blinds and indoor furniture like lazy boys as patio furniture placed outdoors too. Otherwise I still believe this property has the potential to be great again as it once was when I moved here 3 yrs ago!
