  • Pass. This was my office for about 4 years and during each visit, it was easily 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment before I was even seen. The NP blamed the office manager and of course the office manager hid from my calls and emails to inquire on why such a practice is deemed acceptable. Aside from scheduling nightmares, I would never get follow-ups to my exams, and had to escalate matters to simply acquire a prescription. This office fails to recognize we are the customers and without happy customers, has no business. Done being just a signature to bill my insurance, I found another office that respects me and my time.
