  • After posting here I was quickly contacted by Stacy R. from Ace, who was courteous and friendly and quickly initiated a review of my ride. Ultimately my fare was adjusted to where it should have been. So 5 stars for customer service! However, as this seems to not be an isolated incident and as taxi companies now have services like Uber and Lyft to contend with, I suggest this cab company really needs to nip the problem of their drivers taking passengers for roundabout rides in the bud.
