  • My husband bought a suit here and tried to get it altered at the Hugo Boss near us and the tailor told us the suit was too big to even alter. It's two sizes too big! So we bought a suit that we have to return because the sales people don't know fit. Oh right but you can't return anything to a Hugo Boss outlet store! All we can get is credit. I guess all the sales people care about is making the sale and not about the actual satisfaction of the customer. Last time we shop at the outlets for Hugo Boss. What a waste!
