  • Short story is that we ordered food and it didn't come. The beverage manager opened with "the f---- do you want me to do about it" then he explained they don't do refunds and we would have to dispute with the bank and left before we could explain we paid cash. It was early, we were polite and not drinking (yet, we were waiting on them) so it was bewildering to be treated like that. Unfortunate experience. The long story is much worse. I've learned my lesson-go to McMullan's or Ri Ra if you want a great Irish pub experience.
