  • Awful service. My elderly mother was looking for a water delivery service for her 2nd floor condo. She accepted an agreement with Culligan for delivery and a no charge dispenser/cooler. Upon delivery, the driver told her she was not qualified for the free cooler offer and would have to pay for it as a rental after providing a hefty deposit. My mom's credit is STELLAR! She has no debt, no liabilities, even her mortgage is paid off. If she does not qualify than no body should! Despite the signed agreement, they refused to provide the cooler. We promptly told them to cancel the contract all together and are no longer interested in doing business with them as they do not appear honest.
