| - I'll make a long story as short as possible I had stopped shopping at Safeway eight months ago because food was severely expired by years in some cases!! Images can be provided, with date on shelf signs and food in hand in front of signs! Bags for groceries tear and dump my food in parking lot, ALL THE TIME!! Customer service at desk when these issues were pronounced could only say "sorry" never had more then that and were uninterested!!! I went back last week for a second chance, NO INTERNET PROVIDED!! APP CANNOT WORK WITHOUT IT, or data, which I attempted to is and kept getting a pop up "TRY AGAIN OR CANCEL" I shopped and today stopped In again and the app still gave that pop up so I went to the customer service desk where the lady was LICKING HER FINGERS going through papers!!! She licked four times before I said, be careful licking you may put germs in your mouth, SHE COMPLETELY IGNORDED ME, so I said, or you may give us germs, SHE CONTINUED TO IGNOR ME!! I was less then 1.5 feet away from her ear, so I know she heard me, she continued to LICK!! Never even looked at me!!! Unprofessional!! Horrible experiences! I walked out!
