| - The company and I made plans for them to arrive on a Friday at 4pm. On the Monday prior, I sent the manager a text confirming our day/time and an image of the Groupon I purchased. On Thursday, they called to say they were on their way, which I quickly informed them that they were wrong and it was actually the next day.
On Friday, at 5pm, no one had showed or left me a voicemail about our 4pm appointment. When the gentleman finally shows up, he tries to upsell me on services (which I expected), but that's pretty ballsy when you're over an hour late.
He begins to argue with me about my rooms sizes (which none of my other carpet cleaners had done before), did 5 "rooms" in 30 minutes, and dumped stuff from his hose in my driveway. I'm pretty sure he just used water (that he connected to my hose outside) because none of my spots came out (like they did with previous cleaners) and there were even dry spots where you could see he never cleaned.
This was the worst service I've ever received in my home and I would never recommend this company to anyone. He was rude, unapologetic, and his sales were obviously more important that his quality of work.
Because I rearranged my schedule to move furniture, and put my dog at the sitters, I wound up renting a rug doctor from Fry's and redoing the whole house myself.
