  • Horrible workmanship and ethic. Came here to replace the worn out heel and sole of a couple of my boots and the lady there explained they got their material from Italy so it will cost a bit more which is fine until I got my boots back. The sole they padded were cut unevenly with glue showing everywhere. Also had a purse with 1 broken button on the belt. Was told they can replace with fixed nail, so no adjustment in the future. I was fine with that. I assumed they will replace both buttons with the same thing, but they only replaced 1. So now I have a purse with mismatching stud on the purse. They told me to pay double if I want both replaced! Thanks but no thanks. Never came back to this place again!
