  • My husband and I purchased a crib,dresser, and glider with ottoman from USA baby back in February (spending close to 4,000$). We were promised we would have the furniture within 8-10 weeks. Which would put the furniture in early May latest. This was not a huge issue since my due date wasn't until Mid June. However, when the 8 week mark came we received no phone call or email letting us know if our furniture had come. When we called, the manager told us it would be closer to 10 weeks. Again 10 week mark comes around, no phone call or email. We called AGAIN, spoke to the manager who informed us the furniture would be late and offered us no compensation and said that "they just sell the furniture and can't control the manufacturer". WE made the effort every week since then and called to get updates on when our daughters furniture would arrive. Finally after 4 weeks of constant phone calls, they told us our furniture was in but they couldn't get it delivered to us till the following week because they deliver by area. We set up a date the following week and they said they will be by to deliver between 11:30am-2:30pm. We made arrangements to make sure we were home, and as I sit here, 2 weeks away from my due date we still have NO furniture, NO phone call, and they are 45mins late and we haven't received a phone call as to why they are late or when they will show up. I do not recommend any families buy furniture from here. The amount of stress and time my husband and I have both have wasted on this company is ridiculous. They are clearly incompetent of doing any aspect of their job correctly and their customer service is terrible. Spend your money elsewhere!
