  • I wanted an XL pizza and was told to go online and order. So I did, but there was no option for an XL pizza. So I call back and let her know there is no option and she said "You want our technical support number?" I was like "Do I really need do that just for a pizza? Your manager can over ride it on your guys end" which I knew they could. She put me on hold and told me talked to my manager and said it was fine. She did not have good customer service skills what so ever. She also was talking very low and was talking to me like I was her friend?
